We deliver doctor-prescribed Ayurvedic medicines across India. All medicines are authentic, quality-checked, and dispatched from our Prayagraj facility.

1. Delivery Areas

We ship Pan-India to all serviceable PIN codes. For remote locations, delivery may take additional time. Please contact us to confirm serviceability for your area.

2. Delivery Timeline

Prayagraj / Allahabad city: 1–2 business days
Uttar Pradesh (other cities): 2–4 business days
Rest of India: 4–7 business days
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (Mon–Sat, 10AM–6PM)

3. Shipping Charges

Orders above ₹999: Free shipping
Orders below ₹999: ₹60 flat shipping charge
Charges are displayed at checkout before payment

4. Prescription Requirement

All medicines are dispatched only upon receipt of a valid prescription or after a confirmed doctor consultation with Shree Vishwshraddha Chikitshalaya. We do not supply medicines without medical oversight to ensure patient safety.

5. Order Tracking

6. Damaged / Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please photograph the package immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
