Wet Affected Areas Thoroughly
Wet the infected skin area with lukewarm water. For fungal infections like ringworm, also cleanse surrounding skin to prevent spread. For body odour, wet underarms and body folds.

Create Concentrated Lather on Affected Area
Work up a thick lather and apply specifically and generously to affected areas. Allow the medicated lather to contact the skin actively — this maximises transfer of antifungal and antibacterial actives.

Leave Lather on Skin for 2-3 Minutes
This is the critical step. Allow the medicated lather to remain on skin for 2-3 minutes before rinsing. This dwell time allows Neem azadirachtin and camphor to penetrate fungal cell walls effectively.

Rinse Completely and Pat Dry
Rinse all lather off completely. Pat the treated area completely dry — moisture trapped under skin folds (toe webs, underarms, groin) accelerates fungal regrowth.

Use Twice Daily for Active Infections
For active infections (ringworm, eczema, bacterial infections), use twice daily for minimum 4 weeks. Continue 1 additional week after symptoms clear. For prevention, once daily is sufficient.
