Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shree Vishwshraddha Chikitshalaya, we are committed to fair and transparent policies. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

1. Consultation Fee – Cancellation

• Cancelled 2+ hours before appointment: Full refund within 5–7 business days
• Cancelled less than 2 hours before: 50% refund
• No-show (no cancellation): No refund
• Rescheduling: Free rescheduling allowed once with 2+ hours notice

2. Medicine Orders – Cancellation

• Cancelled before dispatch: Full refund within 5–7 business days
• Cancelled after dispatch: No cancellation accepted; please refer to the Returns policy below
• To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp (+91 94518 46947) or email within 2 hours of placing the order

3. Returns – Medicine Orders

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for:
• Damaged or defective products (photo evidence required)
• Wrong product delivered
• Returns are NOT accepted for: opened products, products stored incorrectly, or change of mind
• Return shipping cost is borne by us for eligible returns

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Razorpay refunds: 5–7 business days
• Bank transfer / UPI refunds: 3–5 business days
• You will receive a confirmation message once the refund is initiated

5. Online Consultation

• Cancelled 1+ hour before session: Full refund
• Cancelled less than 1 hour before: No refund
• If the doctor is unavailable and cannot reschedule: Full refund guaranteed
